I believe that the most important way to create an environment for personal growth and self-awareness is by building a trusting connection. Throughout counseling, we will work together to understand behavior patterns and the thoughts, feelings and experiences that drive them. With this insight, you will be able to improve your quality of life as you define it.
In my practice, I support people with a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, anger, divorce, and parenting. I have a special focus in helping people struggling with addictive behavior. If you are worried about your drug or alcohol use or need support with long term recovery, I can help.
I provide non-judgmental counseling in a direct and interactive relationship with my clients. Together we will work to develop the mindfulness, insight and coping skills that help to break destructive patterns and develop healthy ones.
Because I understand and relate to the demands of our busy lives, I am willing to provide distance counseling via Facetime, Skype or telephone once we have established care in person.
